Bayu Kapar Development Sdn Bhd

Bayu Kapar Development Sdn Bhd (“BKDSB”) is a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 17th July 2017. The company is wholly-owned by Evershine Land Sdn. Bhd.

BKDSB has successfully transformed the existing Taman Seri Wangi housing area in Kapar town into a vibrant residential development comprising of semi-detached houses and a bungalow unit with a gross development value (“GDV”) of approximately RM12.11 million. This project is nearing completion and we plan to handover by the last quarter of 2023.
