Job Responsibility:
• Responsible for payroll administration, recruitment and employee disciplinary issues.
• Assessing and monitoring the development of employees..
• Maintaining employee records (hiring, transferring, performance reviews).
• Responsible in implementing and renewing all internal procedures and operation manuals to improve the efficiency of work.
• Advising staff on specific entitlements, explaining employement standards and legislations. Assisting with day-to-day operations of administrative duties such as driver arrangement, booking for flight tickets and hotels for a business trips.
• Assisting in general HR Administration filling (EPF, SOCSCO, employee leave management, tax).
• The ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of HR & Admin working experience.
• Ability to work independently and being a good team player.
• The ability to converse in multiple languages such as English, Malay, Mandaring, etc. would be an added advantage.
• The ability to use Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel would be preferred.
• Must possess own transport for travelling around at least within the Klang Valley area.
